This year, I thought it would be fun to share my Christmas table setting with you all. As many of you know, I adore everything to do with design — from interiors to pattern, texture and all the little details in between. There’s something so joyful about bringing those elements together to create a Christmas table that feels warm, thoughtful and beautifully festive.

For me, it's all about layering textures, mixing meaningful pieces and adding small touches that bring the whole setting to life. This year, I started with a decorative tablecloth, a beautiful textile I picked up during my travels in India. It adds instant warmth and character and sets the tone for the rest of the table.

From there, I built depth through layered plates. I mixed the ornate Bordallo Pinheiro Couve dinner plates and the white Chyka Home Hydrangea plates. Layering different tones and textures creates that curate feel.

For napkins, I added a pop of colour using simple Kmart napkins, tied with a velvet ribbon. They’re an easy way to introduce more personality without overwhelming the setting.

Next came the candle holders, I chose a mix of decorative and simple styles for balance. I used my Artichoke candleholders alongside the Provincial Home Living Elsa glass candleholders which I topped off with the Adairs’ Goldie pink taper candles for a soft, festive twist. The pink ties everything together without feeling overly traditional.

To bring the table to life, I added fresh elements down the centre by adding a run of Noelle eucalyptus garland, dotted with whole and half limes and pomegranates. The greenery, citrus and deep red tones feel seasonal, natural and effortless.

Altogether, it’s a table that feels festive, personal and thoughtfully layered. A little bit classic and full of heart, exactly how Christmas should feel.
