RETURNS/EXCHANGE -HOLIDAY RETURNS MADE EASY


We know the festive season can get a little busy, so we’ve extended our return period to give you extra peace of mind. Any purchases made between 25th November and 22nd December are eligible for return or exchange (excluding earrings) until 12th January 2026.

Take your time, enjoy the holidays, and organise any exchanges or returns when it suits you.

  • All sale item purchases are final. Change of mind returns are not accepted for sale items. For rings purchased as a sale item, returns are not accepted, however we can exchange your ring for a different size. Warranty for sale items must be claimed within 3 months of purchase.  
  • Returns are allowed for full-price items purchased during a storewide discount. 
  • Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 
  • Change of mind returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from www.murkani.com. We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists. 
  • Returned merchandise must include original packaging and be in its original condition as when it was received. If the items have been worn or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange.  
  • Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered by MURKANI.

REPAIRS

Do you have a MURKANI piece you've had for ages, and you absolutely love but they need a repair? We would love to help. We want you to enjoy your jewellery for as long as possible, and sometimes accidents do happen. 

If your jewellery is in need of repair, please contact us via email on info@murkani.com.au to discuss the repair required and we can provide a very reasonable quote for this repair. 

  • shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are at the buyer's expense. 
  • Cost of repair at buyer’s expense  


WARRANTY

We work hard with our artisans to ensure all of our jewellery is free from any defects, however, on the rare occasions something does go wrong, please contact us on +61 439 365 612 or email us at info@murkani.com.au with 2 - 3 clear images, your order number and a detailed description and we will be in touch with next steps.  

  • The warranty is valid for 8 months and covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover accidental breakage or wear and tear – we will offer you the choice of refund or replacement if deemed faulty. 
  • The warranty does not cover chain break, reasonable wear and tear including tarnishing of jewellery.  
  • MURKANI will be responsible for the cost of delivering your repaired or replaced product back to you.
