AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT

At Murkani.com.au, our product is handmade and crafted.

This often means we have product in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock might run out and then take some time to come in again. We try to avoid this obviously but sometimes it does happen.

Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us at info@murkani.com.au with the product code and name of the product that you are wanting and we can advise a wait time. 

PRICING

All products on the Murkani website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Please note that retail stores that stock Murkani product may also have different prices from those listed on our website at promotional times.
Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing in any of our retail partner stores. All efforts are made to keep pricing consistent, however Murkani cannot control the retail pricing of its retail stockists.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to PC monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colours will be accurate.

MURKANI x Marmoset Found Voucher Giveaway: Competition Terms

1. How to Enter
Enter by signing up with a valid email address and mobile number at https://murkani-vcufeu.myklpages.com/l/ScQGDX. Signing up is required to enter. No purchase necessary. Entries by any other method will not be counted.

2. Competition Period
Opens 12:00am, 1 October 2026 and closes 11:59pm, 9 October 2026 (Melbourne time). Sign-ups outside this period are not valid.

3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

A $200 MURKANI voucher
A $200 Marmoset Found voucher

Total prize value is AUD $400. Vouchers are redeemable online only, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are subject to each brand's standard voucher terms.

4. Eligibility
Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of MURKANI and Marmoset Found, and their immediate families, are not eligible. One entry per person. Each entry must use a unique email address and mobile number. Duplicate, false or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on [9th Oct]. The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at sign-up. If the winner does not respond within [7 days], the prize may be forfeited and another winner drawn. The winner's first name and initial may be announced on MURKANI and Marmoset Found channels. Vouchers will be delivered by email within [2] days of the winner confirming.

6. Marketing Communications
By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing emails and SMS (e.g. promotions, news and cart reminders) from MURKANI and Marmoset Found at the email address and mobile number provided. Entrant details will be shared between MURKANI and Marmoset Found for this purpose. Standard message rates may apply and message frequency varies. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect entry into the competition.

7. Privacy
Personal information is collected to run this competition and to send marketing communications as described above. It will be handled in accordance with the MURKANI Privacy Policy (https://murkani.com.au/pages/privacy-policy) and the Marmoset Found Privacy Policy (https://wholesale.marmosetfound.com.au/pages/privacy-policy).

8. General Terms

Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms.
The promoters may verify entries, disqualify any entry that breaches these terms, and amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond their control require it.
The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If promoted on social media, this competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
