Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. Same day shipping if ordered before 12PM. 

• For orders $150 AUD and over: Free shipping for standard deliveries using Australian Post’s e-parcel service.
• For orders $149 AUD and under: $8.95 AUD flat shipping fee for standard deliveries using Australian Post’s e-parcel service.

Shipping within most parts of Australia will take between 3-5 working days, depending on the location within Australia to which it is being sent.

You also have the option of sending your item(s) via express shipping with Australia Post. This express service costs an additional $12.95 AUD. With this express shipping, your order will arrive  in any major Australian city within 1 – 3  business days. This service is only available with Australia Post on weekdays and the order needs to be placed by 12 pm to be sent express that same day. If you would like to place an Express order later than this, please call our Customer Service line on 0475 426 554 to check whether we can get it in the Express Post in time for you that day.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number for your delivery. All orders can be tracked on line so if you have any delivery delays, please call our Customer Service on 0475 426 554 or email info@murkani.com.au.

Please note: If no one is available to receive your delivery, it will be taken to the nearest post shop unless you have opted for it to be left in a safe place. Due to security and postal service policies, retrieval of the delivery must be arranged by the customer. If the package is not picked up it may be returned to us. If this occurs we can resend the package to you at your cost. 

MURKANI is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred due to changes in delivery times or delays. 

MURKANI is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen Goods once they have been dispatched from our premises.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are very excited to say that we can now ship to most locations across the globe! We use Australia Post Registered Parcel post for all International Shipments.

The cost per country varies and will be advised once the address has been entered into the cart. It varies from $20 to $28 per country shipment. The delivery can take between 6 – 20 days depending on the country.
