Free Shipping for standard deliveries using Australia Post’s e-parcel services on orders $100 AUD and over. For orders $99 AUD and under our flat shipping fee is $7. Shipping within most parts of Australia will take between 3-5 working days, depending on the location within Australia to which it is being sent. We understand that jewellery is a very personal thing and sometimes you might change your mind or the recipient of the gift doesn’t love it as much as you do. We are happy for you to exchange or return your product if you change your mind within 14 days from the time you receive the goods.
